Proactive action

As opposed to reactive response , proactive action means striving to prevent damage arising from behavioural risks. This is also referred to as conduct issues or behavioural-risk issues. Proactive action means being the first to act, based on a manifest and verifiable inherent attitude, with a vision on the cause and practical resolution of this type of risk.
